She values both the art and science of therapy blending mind-body approaches including mindfulness practices, nutrition, body-mind awareness, and spirituality with current findings in psychology and neurobiology.
She helps patients find meaning in life's setbacks. She will help you find purpose in pain and how to better respond to your challenges.
Her intent is to examine the challenges you are currently struggling with while integrating a multitude of holistic and creative approaches using evidence-based treatments. Her education and clinical training has allowed her the opportunity to treat the whole-person.
