Asunta specializes in career development, life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief/loss, and trauma. Over the past eleven years she has worked with young professionals and college students whom are navigating next steps to take using their values, beliefs, and passions. She has seventeen years of experience working in the mental health profession.
She values both the art and science of therapy blending mind-body approaches including mindfulness practices, nutrition, body-mind awareness, and spirituality with current findings in psychology and neurobiology.
She helps patients find meaning in life's setbacks. She will help you find purpose in pain and how to better respond to your challenges.
Her intent is to examine the challenges you are currently struggling with while integrating a multitude of holistic and creative approaches using evidence-based treatments. Her education and clinical training has allowed her the opportunity to treat the whole-person.
Her hope for you is to find fulfillment within yourself, your relationships, and healing as you walk through this journey together.
